White Chocolate Bread Pudding

1 loaf of old bread
16 oz. of whipping cream
1 1/2 cup of milk (12 oz)
1 small box of white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs beaten
2 bags of white chocolate chip morsels (1 1/2 bag for recipe and 1/2 bag reserved for topping)

1.  Break up the bread and place it in a 9x12 pan.
2.  Mix the sugar and the pudding mix together.
3.  Mix the remaining ingredients together.
4.  Combine the two mixtures and stir well.  Then cover with foil and put in the refrigerator overnight.
5.  Place directly in the oven at 275 degrees for 1 hour.  Then, uncover and brown for about 15 minutes.
6.  Mix the remaining morsels and 1/4 cup of milk on the stove.  Put this over the bread pudding.

*** If you do not have old bread then you can toast the fresh bread in the oven until it gets hard (about 15
